In this paper, we construct a fixed-effects model with provincial panel data on oil price fluctuations and energy consumption structure for 30 provinces and municipalities directly under the central government from 2008 to 2019, draw conclusions, and propose targeted opinions based on the final results to promote the transformation and upgrading of China's energy consumption structure.
