Abstract.In the context of the new era, forest fire management education must be combined with the characteristics and needs of students at this level to explore new teaching models. Teachers should adhere to the principle of promoting learning through application, starting from the reality, and cultivate and enhance the practical and comprehensive application ability of graduate students in forest fire prevention. The use of case teaching method in the teaching process can effectively cultivate students' thinking abilities in analysis, reasoning, induction, synthesis, and other aspects.
